It is pretty hard to find stuff about One and Two-though Two is one of my favorites. I say watch some Three because it's got the first introduction of the Master, Three showing off and leading UNIT, and wearing god-awful clothes. Of course, Four is good also.
If you want actual episodes, I vote "The Three Doctors" (awesome Three and Two action) and "Pyramids of Mars" (ROBOT. MUMMIES.).
