Big Finish Free Download?

Okay, so I'm in the 'States, and I get my issues of DWM about a month or so after they come out in the UK. I've just gotten issue 419, and there's an article about downloading a free Big Finish audio adventure. My question is: can you download it for free if you're not in the UK? I'd do the sensible thing and go look on the website, but my internet is being odd this evening.
